Van = not correct. The A should be like the A in “car”. So a very short “a”.
Gogh = not correct. The G does not become an H in any case. The -gh at the end is pronounce exactly like the G in the start of the word.
I've always thought it was with an "f-sound" like in german when you say "Van" (Fan)

Not correct either, it’s not Hoh but with a g sound Gog like a dog growling (an unfamiliar consonant in English language, so it’s a challenge indeed to provide an example).
Good try, but it's still different in Dutch. Especially the "Van" part. It's a very short a sound, like in English (not American) "dance", but then even shorter. Also the G is very hard. So not just an H-sound like the Spanish J, even harder.
It will give non-native speakers a sore throat, definitely.
Also the name: "van" means "from". Gogh is a town in nowadays Germany (spelled "Goch" currently). So the name means that his ancestors came from the town of Gogh.

I'm gonna try to explain how you pronounce it in words, as this video is not entirely correct. It is quite similar, and much better than "vaan go" or "vaan goff", but still not completely correct. I am Dutch myself, but I can't promise this explanation is perfect.
So the van part was almost correct, but the A sound is even more…how do I say this… round? I guess one way to explain is: It's similar to how some people with a British accent say after. So not a long a, but a short, round a. (sorry this makes 0 sense
And the Gogh part is quite hard. In the video he pronounced it kind of like Ghogh, with a very prominent H sound mixed into the G. But the G is actually a more hard G. It's not in the high back of your throat, but lower. The back of your tongue almost touches the back of your throat, but not completely.
Edit: I have ADD so I feel the need to explain everything in too much detail and not in bigger pictures, plus I'm bad at explaining in general because of ADD. I realised when reading this comment back that it makes no sense at all but yea have fun with it I guess haha.
